App versus browser: trade-offs on warungcash
The warungcash native Android app caches game assets and account data, so your first market load is faster than on a browser—useful during Idul Fitri when server traffic spikes. Push notifications on the app alert you immediately to withdrawal approvals or account security changes. The trade-off: you must update the app manually when we release new features or security patches. The iOS web app and browser experience require no updates; your device always uses the latest warungcash version. However, web access may be slower on older devices and does not support offline account history viewing. All three paths (Android app, iOS web app, browser) share the same account, deposit methods (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), and withdrawal flow.
Device compatibility for warungcash
Our warungcash Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Devices with less than 100 MB free storage may experience lag during game loads. The iOS web app works on iOS 12 and later; we recommend iOS 13+ for optimal performance. Web browser access is supported on Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox versions released within the past year. Older browsers may not support the encryption standards our platform uses for account security and payment processing.
Common installation and access issues on warungcash
If the Android APK install fails, your device may lack sufficient storage or your security settings block unknown sources. Check Settings > Apps & Notifications > App Permissions and enable "Install Unknown Apps" for your browser. If you see a certificate warning during Android installation, do not proceed unless you initiated the download from warungcash.app directly. iOS users unable to add the web app to their home screen should ensure they are using Safari (not Chrome) and that their device has at least 50 MB free storage. Browser users experiencing slow login should clear cookies and cached data, then try again. If your withdrawal request stalls, check that your KYC verification is complete and your payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) matches the account name on file.
Data, permissions, and security on warungcash
We at warungcash request only the permissions necessary for your account to function. The Android app needs internet access, storage for offline cache, and permission to send notifications. We do not request access to your contacts, calendar, camera, or photos. The iOS web app requires only internet access. Your warungcash account data—login credentials, deposit history, market choices—travels to our servers over HTTPS encryption. We store your password as an encrypted hash; we cannot read or recover it. Two-factor authentication (optional but recommended) adds a second security step to your login. Before your first withdrawal, you complete KYC verification with identity confirmation and payment method validation. All this data is encrypted at rest and protected by access controls. Your session tokens expire after inactivity; you must log in again to continue.
